Development of the detetion of ELISA kit for
Btcry2Ab/2Ac insecticidal protein in transgenic food

Abstr act: A ELISA kit based on polyclonal antibody was developed to detect the Btcry2A6/2Ac Insecticidal protein
in transgenic food. Linear detection of the kit covered a range from 40ng/mL to 2000ng/mL. The recoveries
of Btcry2Ab/2Ac insecticidal protein added to sample ranged from 98.52% to 102.27%. The mean within as say¡¢between- as say variability ranged apart from 1.55% to 7.17% and 3.78% to7.39%. The validity of kit in 4¡æ was
above s ix months .
